I want to change something. If our generation does not do it, who will?
SAME – Solidarity Action Day Movement in Europe – is a European umbrella organisation that brings together several youth organisations carrying out an annual Solidarity Action Day. On this day, pupils get the chance to work in a job of their choice instead of going to school. They donate their salaries to youth-related projects from all over the world. The vision of SAME is that young people act in solidarity with their peers and stand up for democracy, equity, human rights and intercultural understanding.
SAME organises the Act.ival for Future to support young people in becoming a driver of societal change in their local and the global community. We are convinced: You(th) Can Make Change Happen!
