About the workshop:

The climate crisis knows no borders. The global north lives far over planetary boundaries through its politics and its economies, isolates itself against people on the move even though they flee due to the consequences of the climate crisis. At the same time the right-wing has been on the rise lately and politics become more inhumane. Also the right-wing often deny the man-made climate crisis. So we ask: What does right-wing politics mean? What is its alternative? What is the relation to climate justice? And how is climate justice helpful in the fight against right wing?

About the trainer: Lena Eyerich

Lena has been part of the Kipppunkt Kollektiv from the start on. She is dedicated to educational work, likes to empower her trainees to become actively involved in discussions and tries to create safer spaces for everyone. We are united by our commitment to a climate just world and our desire to spread and expand knowledge about climate justice. Coming from various backgrounds, we engage different learning methods, but we are all convinced that educational work should be inclusive, self-reflective and empowering. We value solidarity, pay attention to individual needs and support each other.
