Every day life can be exhausting for anyone.
Dealing with (inner-) misogyny, misanthropy, homophobia, fatphobia, racism and/or many more can make it feel impossible to be or become happy.
As a queer, female POC there are definitely struggles that I can relate to. I want to share my experience with you and what methods are helping me on my journey to self love.
Meditation, Roleplay, sorting out the people you surround yourself with, body language, daily affirmations, exploring what you love and your goals are just a few things that can be very helpful.
Some of these might take some time until they show their full effect, but it is never too late to start!
